Family Passel

Family Passel is a UK registered Christian charity (Charity No. 1199137) supporting women, families and young people through compassionate practical help and active gospel outreach. We create opportunities for people to hear and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ through prayer meetings, Bible studies, community outreach, and follow-up support.

We work to strengthen families, reduce isolation, and support vulnerable people through workshops, discussion groups, and community activities. Prayer is offered by consent, faith engagement is always respectful, and safeguarding is central to our work.

Family Passel hosts a wide range of events, meetings and projects that combine Christian ministry and practical support. Our work includes prayer and Bible teaching, evangelistic outreach, counselling, skills and employability support, and wellbeing activities for families and young people.

Gospel Ministry and Discipleship

We hold regular prayer meetings, Bible studies, youth prayer meetings, and monthly night vigil. We also share the gospel through outreach events and social media, and we offer follow-up support for people who want to grow in faith.

Outreach Programs / Missions

Street outreach and support for people experiencing homelessness, offering conversation, prayer by consent, basic refreshments, and signposting to specialist services, alongside gospel sharing and follow-up.

Counselling

We offer Christian counselling and pastoral support for individuals, families and young people. Our support includes listening, encouragement, prayer by consent, and Bible-based guidance, with safeguarding and confidentiality in place.

Empowerment

We support young people and families through mentoring, youth activities and confidence-building opportunities. We also provide positive guidance rooted in Christian values and create safe spaces for young people to ask questions and explore faith.

Social Media

We also share the gospel through social media, including Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and occasionally Instagram, using short messages of Christian hope, invitations to meetings, and follow-up communication for those who request support.

Education and Training

We deliver practical workshops and training sessions, including employability, digital confidence and life skills. These sessions help people access opportunities, build independence, and engage with supportive community networks.

Health and Fitness

We run fitness and wellbeing activities that support mental, emotional and physical health. Our programmes reduce isolation, build routine, and encourage healthier lifestyles through accessible community-based activity.

Peacekeeping

We support families and individuals experiencing conflict through mediation-style conversations, calm problem solving, and referrals where needed. We promote reconciliation, unity and peaceful community relationships.
